Position Overview

Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld LLP, a prominent law firm based in San Francisco with a focus on intricate trial and appellate litigation across federal and state jurisdictions, is in search of a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to enhance our support services team.

This role demands resilience, efficiency, precision, exceptional customer service capabilities, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and discretion when managing confidential information. The core responsibilities of this position necessitate a daily in-office presence.

The individual in this position collaborates with the reception team and support services, as well as selected partners, to maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment and meeting spaces through outstanding client service.

This position also offers remarkable professional development opportunities, allowing for close collaboration with select named partners on organizational tasks, scheduling, and various special projects. It is an excellent opportunity for those interested in gaining insights into civil rights litigation. Our practice encompasses both public interest and private sector litigation.

Candidate Preferences: Preference will be given to applicants with experience in administrative support, reception duties, concierge services, event planning, catering coordination, and facilities management.

Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, including a booster if eligible, is required, with the possibility of requesting an exemption based on medical conditions, disabilities, or sincerely held religious beliefs.

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a college degree or business school background is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: RBGG offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, profit-sharing options, and potential discretionary bonuses. The annual base salary range for this position in California is between $65,000 and $70,000, with placement within this range dependent on various factors such as years of experience and the professional skills required for the role.
