Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Concierge to join our team at Varite. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet all visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Concierge Services: Oversee the welcome experience, including coat and luggage check-in, welcome packets, coffee services, and reservation assistance.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering incoming calls, registering visitors, and monitoring reception metrics.
- Vendor Management: Invoicing and coding, as well as managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Facilities Management: Work with the facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order and provide amenity support.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including basic IT support and desk and conference room reservations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Hospitality experience, event experience, customer service and front desk experience, and administrative support.
- Language: Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
