About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Operations Lead to join our team at Applecart. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for supporting senior team members in winning new business and growing existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior team members to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Support the development of client-ready pitch materials and presentations
  • Conduct research on business models and industry trends to inform client pitches
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system to track activity and manage sales contacts and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a role related to strategic communications, public affairs, PR, or sales operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with basic graphic design a plus
  • Experience using Hubspot or a similar CRM system preferred
