**Job Title:** Senior Help Desk Engineer

Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year

CODICE is seeking a seasoned Senior Help Desk Engineer to join their Information Technology Section. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering top-tier technical support to clients across on-premise and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level user support for critical systems, including Office365, Citrix, Adobe Document Cloud, Box.com, Salesforce, VMware, Zscaler VPN, DC Child Support System, and Active Directory accounts.
  • Develop and manage Microsoft Windows system images and offer high-level engineering support for Windows-based devices.
  • Support and troubleshoot all Apple-based hardware, including iPads, iPhones, and Mac computers.
  • Coordinate warranty services for end-user hardware devices.
  • Install and resolve issues with network printing software.
  • Administer the virtual fax and network printing systems.
  • Manage Active Directory and Office365 accounts, ensuring efficient access and security.
  • Provide advanced support for cloud-based programs, including Box.com and Salesforce, assisting with user account management, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Support and troubleshoot VMware environments and Zscaler VPN configurations for secure remote access.
  • Proactively check and maintain IT equipment in courtrooms and provide on-site technical support in Court Ante rooms, ensuring all systems are fully operational for court proceedings.
  • Maintain accuracy in service database records and update entries promptly.
  • Test and validate new equipment for deployment.
  • Support other help desk technicians as needed, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Mentor and train junior IT staff.
  • Assist in IT Security related tasks.
