Help Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our help desk operations in Naval District Washington, DC. As a Help Desk Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of approximately 800 customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in the NMCI NGEN technical arena and proven experience in managing a help desk operation with a significant customer base. They must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret clearance and be willing to travel as required for meetings and training sessions.
