About the Role

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to join our team at NEOSTEK, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of system engineers, network engineers, and help desk analysts.

You will develop and maintain documentation and reports to ensure smooth operation of the TS/SCI information systems enclave.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
  • 7+ years managing a help desk and/or IT operations, with 2+ years specifically in network and systems operations management.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
