Help Desk Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Help Desk Operations Supervisor at our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the help desk, ensuring that all requests for support are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This role reports directly to the IT Department.
About the Role- Oversee the management of the help desk, ensuring high-quality customer service to our clients and staff.
- Supervise a team of technical analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the help desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the help desk, prioritizing tasks to meet client needs.
- Supervise analysts, setting goals and objectives to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless support for all systems and services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience working with ITIL or similar frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
