About the Role:

We are seeking a Help Desk Expert to join our team at Edge. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for end-users on various hardware and software platforms.
  • Utilize the Help Desk tracking system to input details, monitor tickets, and resolve problems.
  • Assist college staff, faculty, and students with operating legacy and newer application software.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Two years of experience supporting computers, printers, and peripherals.
Compensation:

$43,000 annual salary, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a retirement plan.
