Position Overview

In this role, you will identify and nurture new business prospects through networking, channel partnerships, and self-initiated opportunities. You will implement proactive prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers within potential client organizations. You will oversee the entire sales process, including post-sale and implementation activities. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing and service scope with prospective clients, completing necessary sales documentation, and finalizing client service agreements. You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business within assigned territory.
2. Analyze, plan, and implement products and services tailored to client needs.
3. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and broker practices.
4. Meet or exceed designated monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Manage renewal proposals and processes for existing clients.
6. Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
7. Schedule regular meetings with clients to address inquiries and concerns during implementation.

8. Collect data to provide insights and direction on products, services, marketing, sales, and other business-related areas.

9. Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to monitor activities.
10. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients.
11. Participate in monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching for staff.

- Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all dealings.
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and potential clients.
- Uphold high ethical standards and performance while pursuing established goals.
- Ability to identify problems, gather and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to fulfill key responsibilities.

Education & Experience

- High School Diploma.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales.
