Job Summary:

Drive organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency and strategic initiatives [executing the CEO's vision]. Act as advisor, facilitating decision-making, managing priorities in collaboration with Senior Leadership team to ensure seamless execution of company-wide goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field is required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or project management leadership role, preferably in managed care industry.

Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management and strategic execution. Experience working closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams, or similar matrix relationship.

Must work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
