Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner Manager to play a key role in defining and prioritizing strategic marketing projects, campaigns, and programs to support the growth of the Latin America region within the HVACR Americas business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders
    • Work closely with business leaders and peers to define the go-to-market strategy for regional products, campaigns, and external communications.
  • Advise and Collaborate on Marketing Plans
    • Advise and collaborate on marketing plans and tactics with the Campaign Management and Enterprise Marketing Capabilities teams.
  • Business Liaison
    • Be the business liaison between Enterprise Marketing and the Latin America business, advocating for the business' priorities.
  • Align with Business Leadership
    • Align with business leadership, market management, product marketing, product management, and sales in Latin America and countries of product origin to define prioritization of marketing programs, product launches, and events.
  • Develop Marketing Briefs
    • Develop marketing briefs that are leveraged to initiate and guide projects with internal marketing team members or agency members.
  • Lead Regional Marketing Agencies
    • Lead and own the relationship of regional marketing agencies responsible for translations and PR/editorial within Latin America regions.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners
    • Collaborate with business partners across the global organization to identify and promote comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Define Strategic Direction
    • Define the strategic direction and messaging for trade shows and events in the Latin America region.
  • Communicate Marketing Initiatives
    • Communicate marketing initiatives and program progress and success to business stakeholders and teams across varying levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience
    • 5 years of experience in brand/marketing management or a related position.
  • Managerial Experience
    • Managerial experience.
  • Language Skills
    • Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to quickly solve challenges/problems.
  • Relationship Management
    • Ability to manage and grow relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
    • Master's degree in business management or marketing.
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience working in the HVACR industry and familiarity with compression products, channel stakeholders, and dynamics.
  • Language Skills
    • Verbal and written fluency in Portuguese.
  • Agency Experience
    • Experience either working with or at mid to large-sized marketing and/or digital agencies.
  • B2B Marketing Experience
    • Strong familiarity with B2B marketing and content strategies (owned, earned, paid).
