  • Oversee the development and revision of Advance Planning Documents (APDs) and related documentation necessary for effective planning, implementation, and operational activities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate the APD process.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings to gather, analyze, and finalize information pertinent to the APD process.
  • Stay informed on policy updates, regulations, and standards relevant to APDs, serving as the subject matter expert.
  • Educate project team members and stakeholders on compliance processes, including the development of outcome statements and metrics.
  • Engage in meetings with federal partners and departmental representatives.
  • Contribute to procurement development processes and monitor progress.
  • Participate in cost allocation processes and oversee associated progress.
  • Provide regular status updates to program leadership regarding APD development and related activities.
  • Collect and review documentation content from business and technical staff.
  • Prepare documents for review and approval, ensuring clarity and adherence to agency standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, public administration, management information systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing advanced planning documents.
  • Experience in state government or public sector roles related to health and human services programs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Prior experience in business analysis or project management.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for some remote work while requiring attendance at onsite meetings as necessary.
