Transforming the Dental Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office revenue goals by overseeing scheduling, staff productivity, and expenses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our team, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
- Supervise and communicate effectively to ensure the practice runs smoothly, upholding our values and maintaining good morale.
- Accurately complete administrative tasks, including financial review, compliance standards, and end-of-day reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a team of over 30 members and working with commercial insurance plans.
- Prior oral surgery experience is highly desirable.
