The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Patient Experience Specialist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients, and representing our organization's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every patient
  • Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our care teams
  • Assist with front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and insurance verification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving initiatives
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with team members and patients and complete daily work
  • Perform opening and closing duties, maintaining the look and feel of our offices, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized environment

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
  • A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously

Physical Demands
