The Opportunity

We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Scarsdale, NY. As a key member of our office team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, ensuring a seamless and positive in-office experience through patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up. You'll also contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Use impeccable communication skills to provide a fluid and positive in-office experience for patients
  • Perform front-of-house duties, including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and paperwork tasks
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including maintaining the look and feel of patient and employee-facing spaces
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
  • Proven track record of persisting through change and demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously

Physical Demands
