About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team at One Medical. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Use impeccable communication skills to deliver a positive and personalized experience for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Handle patient intake, scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support Team Development: Contribute to team growth and development through active participation in team huddles, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the office lobby and patient-facing spaces are clean, organized, and reflect the One Medical brand.
  • Master Our Technology Suite: Proficiently use our electronic medical record system, Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and other tools to interact with team members and patients.
Requirements
  • 1+ Year of Experience: In high-touch customer or patient-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams, with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer technology, including typing, internet navigation, and multiple software systems.
