Overview :

The Sales Lead plays a vital role in supporting the management team to achieve sales and profitability objectives by fostering a vibrant and positive store atmosphere. This position is crucial in ensuring an outstanding customer experience by serving as the sales floor leader, allowing management to concentrate on overall store operations. The Sales Lead also assists in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and operational excellence. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Sales Lead assumes managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

Sales Performance and Growth

Accountable for meeting individual and store sales targets:

When acting as the manager on duty, effectively communicates store and individual objectives to all team members and utilizes performance metrics to inspire and coach behaviors. Recognizes and celebrates both individual and team achievements. Fosters customer loyalty by establishing authentic connections with clients, achieving credit card and email capture goals, and participating in company-sponsored outreach initiatives. Collaborates with customers to address merchandise and service inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience and ongoing customer loyalty.

Team Development

Cultivates a supportive and energetic store environment that encourages teamwork and individual contributions:

Acts as a Sales Floor Leader and exemplifies best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals. Motivates store associates to explore new styles to enhance product knowledge, assists customers in outfit selection, and promotes the brand image. Encourages customers to try on items and ensures associates provide genuine advice to help build their wardrobes. Aids in the training of new associates, focusing on product knowledge and customer engagement.

Visual Presentation

Assists in planning and executing store layouts and ongoing merchandising strategies. Maintains high visual standards consistently throughout the store. Regularly replenishes the sales floor to ensure all sizes and product standards are represented.

Operational Excellence

When acting as the manager on duty, adjusts weekly schedules as necessary to meet customer demands. Utilizes company resources to ensure optimal daily floor coverage and task management. Engages in all operational functions, including knowledge and adherence to company policies, marketing, product replenishment, markdowns, promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization. Assists in safeguarding company assets and minimizing inventory loss by overseeing inventory processes in accordance with company guidelines. Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws to maintain a safe environment and protect company assets. Performs all duties with the best interests of the company and brand in mind. Qualifications :
Demonstrated leadership abilities, training, and team-building skills. Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in sales. Proficient in style, merchandising, and wardrobe consultation. Ability to effectively communicate goals and objectives to the team. Creative and entrepreneurial mindset. Treats all team members with respect and motivates through inspiring leadership. Minimum of 2 years of experience in women's specialty retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and general Microsoft Office applications. Experience with relevant Human Resource processes. Availability to work during peak business hours, including weekends. About Us :
