This exciting role offers a chance to join our account team as a Principal Customer Success Manager, making significant contributions to solution adoption and value realization. You'll work closely with senior leaders, executive teams, and technical experts to deliver robust account management support and act as the voice of the customer within PTC.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-visibility accounts in the Life Sciences industry
  • Advance PTC's relationship with Direct Strategic/Enterprise and Commercial customers
  • Establish and maintain the partnership operating framework
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Act as a trusted advisor for client executive, program, and technical teams
  • Provide critical feedback to enhance the overall experience, product quality, and identify market growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Customer Success, Project Management, or relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel ~25% of time

PTC anticipates a salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 for this position, based on factors such as background and experience. Compensation will vary, but may include discretionary bonuses, equity grants, medical insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
