About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and optimizing our clients' online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to our enterprise customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough business and SEO audits to understand customer goals and develop targeted strategies for success.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that showcase actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to customers on relevant workflows, empowering them to achieve their objectives.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure customer goals are met, and relationships are nurtured.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and/or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of technical SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to deliver in-depth recommendations to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and requirements.
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
