Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve renewal rates and net retention.
Key Responsibilities- Evolving the Renewals planning process and operating rhythm to foster action-oriented discussion as part of the broader Go-To-Market strategic planning and operating cadence
- Collaborating with the VP of Renewals and VP of Customer Success to develop and own the planning cadence for the Renewals business and Customer Success Manager organization respectively
- Designing the requisite operating rhythm to track performance compared to goal and drive shifts in strategy throughout the year
- 5+ years of experience in planning roles relating to Renewals, Customer Success, SaaS sales, or other related fields
- Broad functional understanding of planning cycles in high-growth business-to-business technology environment
- Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $110,000/year, including commissions or discretionary bonus.
