We are seeking an experienced assistant manager to join our team at Hildreth Real Estate Advisors, a Suffolk County-based multi-location full-service car wash operator.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and developing effective strategies to exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in team building, goal setting, and conflict resolution.

- Managing daily operations and overseeing a team of staff members
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A minimum of 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Salary and Benefits
