Customer Success Strategist

Candex, a rapidly expanding global fintech company, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to drive new client launches and foster customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and growth.
This role involves working closely with customers worldwide, leveraging expertise in Procurement to deliver exceptional results. A strong understanding of procurement customers and a proven track record of success in high-growth startups are essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal leadership and influencing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Launch new clients by managing executive account relationships, positioning strategies, product promotion, and technical coordination.
- Identify key client contacts to build a network, connect with subject matter experts, users, and drive adoption.
- Address any client or supplier support or technical issues.
- Monitor data analytics and KPIs to drive Candex usage and revenue growth.
- Conduct business reviews with clients, including executive sponsors.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Procurement transformation.
- Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies.
- Fantastic interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
- Highly organized and an excellent communicator.
- You should be capable of influencing clients to do more while building relationships and establishing trust.
