ADP is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to join our Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage ADP's expertise and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with a positive and persistent style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives.
  • Motivated, self-starter with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
