Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Criterion Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts, primarily middle-market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and retain existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
  • Collaborate with our producers to develop and execute renewal marketing strategies, ensuring seamless account transitions and minimizing risk.
  • Work closely with our resource pro to process and manage account renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Utilize industry-leading technology, including Epic, to streamline account management and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management, with a strong background in professional liability and cyber insurance.
  • 2-20 license and strong industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in account growth and retention, with a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market.
