About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and driving market growth within a defined territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product usage among existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and ensure the successful adoption of company products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals and support business expansion.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitive landscapes to create effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in the successful launch of new products and accounts by developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on new developments, innovations, and regulatory changes in the healthcare and medical device industry.
  • Use Salesforce CRM systems and other digital platforms to track customer interactions and manage accounts.
  • Respond to customer concerns and develop creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required plus 1-3 years relevant sales experience preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Solid business and financial understanding required.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining focus on both short- and long-term goals.
  • Excellent selling skills and demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, team player, proven leadership qualities, and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing and organizing daily schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
