Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Sigma Inc. in Marlborough, MA. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding our existing client base.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Aggressively prospect new clients and expand current business
* Follow up on marketing and web inquiries to identify key decision makers
* Maintain a sales database to effectively build your customer base
* Negotiate, price, sign, and bind sales/service agreements with customers and clients
* Review sales plans with management on a weekly basis
**Requirements:**
* Ability to multi-task and balance a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Work independently and as a team member
* Good customer service and administrative organizational skills
* Experience with outbound email marketing
**Working Knowledge:**
* Desktop computers and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.)
**Education/Experience:**
* BS or equivalent; will accept experience in lieu of degree
* Computer and CRM or ATS software applications desired
