As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and research potential customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Technium's services.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to align on target prospects and develop mutually coordinated plans of attack.
  • Attend events and conferences as requested by your Manager to expand your network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of prior BDR experience.
  • College degree with a minimum of an associate's degree and a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and develop your sales and technology skillset.
  • Ability to develop lasting customer relationships and demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations.
