Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Hologic's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product launches, capable of technical understanding, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure the company's voice and image are maintained.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of years of experience in marketing, with at least [5+] years in similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
