Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Assistant to manage a variety of complex and routine administrative tasks. This role requires a broad understanding of departmental policies and procedures, as well as proficiency in various office technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and management.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Order supplies and prepare office setups for new hires.
  • Assist in special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • May offer guidance to junior administrative staff within the department.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant office experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and motivated individual.
