Key Responsibilities
- Deliver extensive administrative assistance to the CEO, which includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
- Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents as required.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external parties, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Support the organization of board meetings by gathering and distributing materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee and manage special initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and compile information to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
- Maintain and systematize files, records, and documents to ensure easy access and confidentiality.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and other engagements.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within the food sector or a comparable fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- High level of discretion and capability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and perform well under pressure.
