Business Development Representative

About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Project Manager to join our team at CQ Insulation, Inc. in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new and advancing existing customer relationships with General Contractors and Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Review and analyze project costs, pricing, and market trends
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites and attend sales meetings
- Manage confidential customer information and pricing data
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hardcore work ethic and ability to work independently
- Common sense and trustworthiness
- Coachability and sense of humor
- Working capacity in MS Excel and bid software
- Bachelor's Degree and non-smoker
