Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our sales initiatives targeting home builders and developers in the Mid-Atlantic region at Dandelion Energy.
In this essential position, you will play a vital role in propelling Dandelion's expansion by engaging with new construction production developers and other significant B2B prospects.
Expect to collaborate closely with departmental leadership to shape and execute the growth strategy for our new construction division and service offerings.
This role requires in-person engagement at our headquarters.Our vibrant office is conveniently located near major transportation hubs, making it easily accessible from various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Strengthen Relationships with Home Builders:
Establish and maintain connections with leading home builders throughout the Mid-Atlantic to generate and secure sales opportunities.
Actively participate in industry conferences and regional gatherings to engage with potential clients and enhance your professional network.
Utilize Dandelion's established relationships to uncover new opportunities and deepen ties within existing accounts, ensuring a continuous influx of new business leads.
Collaborate with the Sales Engineering Team to Create Compelling Proposals:Work closely with our sales engineering team to develop persuasive and technically robust proposals that align with client needs.
Collect and assess technical information from accounts to specify designs that meet client expectations and Dandelion's strategic objectives.
Ensure that each project design is not only innovative but also financially viable for Dandelion, balancing technical requirements with profitability.
Engage with clients to understand and incorporate their financial needs, crafting proposals that are both competitive and practical.Partner with the Policy Team to Maximize Rebates:
Stay updated on available rebates for projects in the pipeline, ensuring clients are informed of all potential financial advantages.
Clearly and effectively communicate rebate information to clients, instilling confidence in their financial planning and proposal development.
Meet and Exceed Sales Goals:
Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives, showcasing exceptional drive and determination.
Close deals that meet or exceed your booking targets, significantly contributing to Dandelion's growth and success.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Experience in a startup environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (honors recognized)
