Position Overview:

We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market presence for Celebree School of Elkridge. This individual will focus on expanding our business within existing educational partnerships while seeking to establish new collaborations that align with our mission. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, showcasing the value of our educational offerings, and identifying innovative opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the educational landscape, recognizing the needs and challenges faced by our partners. You will translate these insights into effective solutions that promote the adoption of our services across various educational settings. Proven success in building and managing relationships within the education sector, particularly at the senior stakeholder level, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Celebree's existing partnerships, staying informed about developments within our partner organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, particularly with educational institutions we have yet to engage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate the expansion of our educational services.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis of partner needs and challenges, leveraging your expertise in the education sector.
  • Utilize a consultative and relationship-focused approach to drive sales and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity identification through to successful closure.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in business development or client services roles within the education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and cultivate relationships with senior-level stakeholders in educational organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing the sales process for significant partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the educational landscape and market trends.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
