Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to become a vital part of our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Company President. This crucial role involves comprehensive operational oversight, guiding our brand towards achieving strategic goals and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a harmonious blend of senior-level operational expertise and culinary leadership, particularly within renowned, chef-driven boutique brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic operational leadership across the entire portfolio, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
  • Drive the formulation and implementation of growth strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and culinary excellence across all concepts.
  • Oversee P&L management, including full-service and fast-casual segments, optimizing financial performance.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing operations team, instilling a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach, necessitating a strong presence in our establishments to ensure operational standards and brand values are consistently upheld.
  • Initiate strategic planning and execution, while also being actively involved in the development and mentoring of subordinates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive senior-level operations experience within the hospitality industry, specifically within full-service/bar segments and brands with strong culinary foundations.
  • Proven track record with reputable, well-regarded boutique and chef-inspired brands, demonstrating both tenure and progression. Candidates at the Director of Operations level with comparable experience will also be considered.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of P&L management.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities; skilled at developing talent and fostering a positive, innovative work environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong operational presence in the establishments.
  • Local experience in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. market is essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $150K to $175K, prior to incentives.
