Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
We are in search of a forward-thinking and energetic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our sales initiatives targeting home builders and developers in the Mid-Atlantic region at Dandelion Energy.

This essential position will play a significant role in driving Dandelion's expansion with new construction production developers and other substantial B2B ventures.

You will have the opportunity to leverage existing customer relationships while simultaneously cultivating your own portfolio of clients.

Collaborate closely with departmental leadership to define and execute the growth strategy for our new construction team and service offerings.

This role is an in-person position based out of our headquarters.

Our vibrant office is conveniently located near major transportation links, making it easily accessible from various regions.



Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Strengthen Networks with

Home Builders:
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading home builders across the Mid-Atlantic to identify and secure sales opportunities.
Actively participate in industry events and regional gatherings to connect with potential clients and enhance your professional network.

Utilize Dandelion's established connections to uncover new business opportunities and deepen ties with existing accounts, ensuring a continuous influx of new leads.

Collaborate with the Sales Engineering Team to

Create Compelling Proposals:
Work closely with our sales engineering team to develop persuasive and technically robust proposals that align with client requirements.
Collect and analyze technical data from accounts to design solutions that meet client expectations and Dandelion's strategic objectives.

Ensure that each project design is not only innovative but also financially viable for Dandelion, balancing technical specifications with profitability.

Engage with clients to understand and incorporate their financial needs, crafting proposals that are both competitive and practical.
Partner with the Policy Team to

Maximize Financial Incentives:

Stay updated on available financial incentives for projects in the pipeline, ensuring clients are informed of all potential benefits.

Clearly communicate incentive details to clients, fostering their confidence in integrating these advantages into their financial strategies and proposals.


Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals:
Consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives, showcasing exceptional motivation and determination.
Close transactions that meet or exceed your booking targets, significantly contributing to Dandelion's growth and success.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in an enterprise sales capacity
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Experience in a startup environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (honors preferred)
