Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Forge enduring relationships with clients, proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Business Development: Employ a customer-centric approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions, and drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse client needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide exceptional customer service.
