Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each customer promptly and courteously, ensuring no distinction between paying and warranty service customers.
  • Manage appointment scheduling using dealership-approved procedures.
  • Engage with service clients to accurately identify the nature of mechanical issues, ensuring clear communication.
  • Secure customer consent before initiating repairs, discussing cost estimates and expected completion times.
  • Gather essential customer and vehicle information, ensuring a secure payment method.
  • Conduct test drives with customers when necessary to clarify vehicle issues.
  • Inspect vehicles for any required bodywork and inform customers accordingly.
  • Advise clients on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure all Repair Orders are meticulously accounted for.
