Position Overview:

The Trust Administration Support Specialist plays a vital role within the Trust & Investment Management Division, contributing to the seamless operation of personal trust services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to Personal Trust Administrators in daily operations.
  • Facilitate the processing of receipts and distributions as directed.
  • Manage the opening and closing of accounts within the trust accounting system.
  • Support the maintenance of accounts on the trust accounting platform.
  • Compile and prepare client review reports.
  • Digitally archive trust documentation through scanning.
  • Handle client inquiries and assist with communication.
  • Support customers in the absence of Trust Administrators.
  • Promote positive relationships with clients and customers.
  • Oversee electronic document retention and organization.
  • Assist with various special projects as needed.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a capacity to multitask accurately.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Capable of exercising independent judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of investment and banking concepts is advantageous.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with investment and banking principles is beneficial.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent use of computer screens.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and engage in repetitive motions.
  • Intermittent physical activities such as standing, bending, and walking.
  • Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods during work hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds.
