- Administrative Support: Manage the guest logbook, issue visitor badges, and maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Communication: Document and communicate actions to ensure continuity among departments.
- Logistics: Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and USPS mail during regular business hours.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service or receptionist experience is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, are essential.
- Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with integrity in handling client inquiries and requests, is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Cisco switchboard console and Microsoft Office is preferred.
