Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Hearst Television. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, provide information to callers, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the guest logbook, issue visitor badges, and maintain a safe and clean reception area.

  • Logistics: Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and USPS mail during regular business hours.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service or receptionist experience is required.
