  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure smooth logistics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (3 years preferred).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily, and as needed to perform all job functions.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
