Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk duties, answer and direct incoming calls, and distribute mail and packages.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from shelves, pack items securely, and report any damaged or missing items.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure smooth logistics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (3 years preferred).
- Physical Demands: Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily, and as needed to perform all job functions.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
