Job Title: Business Banking Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Banking Specialist to join our team. As a Business Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our business customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business through proactive prospecting and customer follow-up, meeting monthly sales goals and exceeding expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services, including loan and non-loan products, to effectively advise and support our business customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Loan Officers, Branch Management, and support staff to achieve collaborative business sales efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: No less than 2 years sales experience required; previous business banking experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication and negotiating skills, ability to maintain interpersonal relationships, and a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to drive and make outside visits to customer and branch locations.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear, carry or transport light weight equipment.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
