Job Summary:

The Strategic Sales division is in search of a proficient sales support specialist to aid our team in managing time-sensitive and dynamic sales functions. In this position, you will provide essential customer and financial data to facilitate the sales process by assisting in the creation of RFPs, maintaining sales department records, and supporting contract documentation, implementation, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering customer-related information, coordinating the RFP process, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with other internal teams throughout the sales and implementation phases. Additionally, you may be tasked with conducting online research for information beneficial to the sales team.

To excel in this role, the sales support specialist should possess relevant experience and demonstrable administrative skills. Effective sales support professionals enable sales teams to achieve their targets while managing administrative responsibilities.

To thrive as a sales coordinator, you should exhibit exceptional organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Extracting accurate and timely information from our back-office systems to support the sales process.
  • Monitoring the sales team's communications with clients and maintaining documentation within our tools.
  • Compiling weekly financial reports and requirements for the Strategic Sales team.
  • Coordinating various implementation tasks as needed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other departments on administrative matters of shared importance.
  • Assisting the Strategic Sales team in enhancing their productivity by reaching out to clients to schedule appointments.
  • Maintaining filing systems to organize sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial insights.
  • Managing urgent calls, emails, and messages promptly.
  • Preparing and organizing sales contracts and agreements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales support administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The capacity to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Education:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
