About this Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the Endoscopy Division of Boston Scientific. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Boston Scientific remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
