Key ResponsibilitiesLead, Manage, and Develop Teams:
- Recruit, inspire, and retain a dedicated team of customer-facing employees.
- Drive team performance through effective communication and coaching on customer service and sales techniques.
Brand Stewardship & Operational Excellence:
- Oversee physical assets, including maintenance systems, vendor management, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage delinquent tenant processes, coaching your team to lower delinquency rates and enhance customer retention.
- Conduct monthly property evaluations to ensure operational standards and safety compliance.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
- Create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers through effective team management and facility upkeep.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Drive Business Growth:
- Utilize analytics to identify trends and develop strategies that capitalize on opportunities within your district.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and team members.
- First-year total compensation opportunity of $116,000, including base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonus, and restricted stock units.
- Potential for a second-year performance-based bonus increase of up to $20,000.

Expectations and Requirements
- Proven leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality, or related sectors.

- Experience in managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
- Exceptional communication and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Passion for sales and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Availability for weekend communication as needed.
- Willingness to work five Saturdays per year during peak seasons.
