As a District Manager, you will be dedicated to achieving operational excellence, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales performance. Your commitment to developing and leading a high-performing team will be crucial in reaching our objectives. Your leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage a portfolio of multiple locations while implementing company strategies without compromising customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Lead, Manage, and Develop Teams:

  • Recruit, inspire, and retain a dedicated team of customer-facing employees.
  • Drive team performance through effective communication and coaching on customer service and sales techniques.

Brand Stewardship & Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee physical assets, including maintenance systems, vendor management, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage delinquent tenant processes, guiding your team to minimize delinquency rates and enhance customer retention.
  • Conduct regular property audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers through your team’s efforts and effective facility management.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Drive Business Growth:

  • Utilize analytics to identify trends and develop strategies that capitalize on opportunities within your district.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and team members.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in building and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated history of top-tier performance.
  • Experience in managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Passion for sales and excellence in customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Availability for weekend communication as needed.
  • Willingness to work five Saturdays per year during peak season.
