- Sales Goal Setting: Establish and track sales goals, timelines, and target lists for account developers to ensure timely execution of sales programs.
- Market Analysis: Continuously inspect market conditions through market visits and scheduled Red rides to identify opportunities for sales growth and profitability.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present sales plans to internal and external customers, and create reports using Red ride documentation, Tableau, Margin Minder, HANA, and Webi reporting tools to inform upper management of district activities and trend results.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines, engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
- Knowledge and Skills: Advanced selling skills, knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations, and prior leadership and management experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Work Environment: Varying work environment, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas.
