We are dedicated to creating safe, reusable, and cost-effective space vehicles and systems, all within a culture that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and inclusivity.
Your Role:

- Proven experience in designing, building, commissioning, and/or operating complex aerospace testing apparatus (including hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, safety systems, or electronics).
- Familiarity with mechanical-hydraulic systems, including high-pressure hydraulics and closed-loop hydraulic control systems, along with the ability to interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with MathWorks and related products (MATLAB, Simulink, Speedgoat).
- Proven capability to lead test teams as a Test Conductor or Test Engineer.
- Familiarity with control systems.
Compensation:
The compensation range for this role is competitive and reflects the expertise and experience required.
Inclusivity Statement:
At Blue Origin, we value diversity and encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if they do not meet every single desired qualification.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and an Education Support Program. Additionally, we provide generous paid time off and holiday benefits.
Equal Opportunity:
