The Hardware Engineering Mechanical/Thermal/Robotics (MTR) Engineering team is responsible for the thermal and mechanical hardware designs of AWS servers and server racks, driving Operational Excellence related to thermal and mechanical challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in server technologies, including thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
- Experience managing technical project workflows.
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market to $213,600/year in our highest geographic market.

Compensation is based on multiple factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
