Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Board of Trustees and the leadership of the Health System to uphold and execute the organization's objectives and strategies.
  • Maintain the organization's Donor Recognition Wall at the Health Facility.
  • Uphold the core values, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to the organization’s mission.
  • Engage with volunteers, vendors, donors, and colleagues in the field of pediatric health.
  • Provide assistance to board members during medical emergencies and coordinate with relevant hospital personnel.
  • Maintain an annual schedule of events and meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for Board meetings.
  • Update the organization's website and collaborate closely with the Communications, Web, and Marketing teams.
  • Complete the implementation of the Contact Management System.
  • Establish new board policies and commitments.
  • Recruit a new group of Board Members.
  • Develop a television advertising campaign.
  • Innovate new events to enhance the calendar.
  • Organize informative sessions with medical professionals to increase engagement.
  • Shift focus towards attracting larger, more prominent donors and securing pledges.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Non-Profit Executive Director or in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing fundraising initiatives.
  • Knowledge of volunteer recruitment strategies and engagement for organizational success.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills with Board members, donors, vendors, volunteers, and staff.
  • Proficient in managing multiple grants, projects, and contracts.
