Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance customer engagement and drive the growth of our solutions.

The CSM will work closely with clients, offering insights into B2B digital business strategies and assisting them in utilizing our platform to meet their goals.

This role involves establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, promptly addressing concerns, and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our offerings.

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, excluding bonuses.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for Mid-Market accounts throughout their journey.
  • Encourage adoption and effective use of the platform.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide strategic advice and best practices to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Establish credibility with senior executives and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Manage client projects and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer success.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and account expansion.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation, CRM, and related technologies.
  • Experience in managing project implementations and identifying process gaps.
  • Ability to showcase ROI and align solutions with customer requirements.
